Healing and Wholeness Programmes
Our healing programmes are led by a dedicated team including trained therapists with extensive experience in supporting those impacted by sexual, physical, and emotional trauma. We walk alongside people of all ages—from teenagers through to those in retirement—providing care that meets each person where they are.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that all true healing flows from Jesus—the source of life, compassion, and restoration. In His wisdom and goodness, we are able to draw from a wide range of tools He has provided, both in the realm of professional therapeutic practice and in the life of faith. On the clinical side, we engage evidence-based modalities such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), alongside creative and holistic practices including art therapy, sand-tray work, movement and somatic-based approaches, and the restorative gift of outdoor healing in nature.

At the same time, and as the foundation of all we do, we lean into practices of biblical reflection, prayer, and meditation, receiving the healing truth and love at the heart of the Christian faith. Woven together, these streams create an integrated approach that nurtures lasting recovery and hope. At the center is our conviction that whether through therapeutic tools or spiritual disciplines, it is ultimately in relationship with Jesus and His people that deep, safe, and lasting healing is found.

Support is offered in a variety of ways: one-to-one sessions, group programmes, our events ministry Despising The Shame, and residential healing retreats held at different times throughout the year. Following participation in these programmes, we also provide opportunities for ongoing mentoring—helping individuals continue to grow, heal, and stay connected within a supportive, faith-filled community.
